Cancellation and Refund Policy
For Classes and Seminars:
Please read all information; this policy will be enforced:
- No refunds for cancellations received the day of class or for no-shows.
- Participant cancellations must be received more than 72 hours prior to the class to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations received within 72 hours of the class will be charged a $50 service fee. For week-long classes, a $300 service fee will be charged.
- CSA reserves the right to cancel any seminar if there are insufficient registrations.
For Membership:
We are committed to your complete satisfaction as a member of the Colorado Safety Association. However, once your membership application has been approved and funds have been received, no refund or portion thereof is authorized.
