CSA Video Library Lending Policy

1. The video lending library is for member use only for training employees at your location. They may NOT be loaned to other companies.  You may borrow as often as you like, a maximum of three videos at a time.
2. You may have the video(s) for five business days. Please return the videos promptly on the date due. You must keep us informed if you will need it longer than the five business days; special arrangements can be made by calling CSA and requesting an extension. A $25.00 per day/per video late fee may be charged to those who do not return their videos in a timely fashion or request an extension. Due to the demand on our lending library, it is necessary for us to take this action.
3. There is no charge for use of the videos. However, if you request that they be shipped, there is a per package fee for shipping and handling.
4. When you ship them back to CSA, insure them for a minimum of $500 per video.
5. Please use extra care when packaging. This helps maintain the videos in proper condition. We recommend using the original shipping materials when possible.
6. The user assumes liability for lost, stolen or damaged videos covering the cost of replacement.
7. Federal law prohibits use of CSA's video library for profit. It is illegal to charge a fee for a public training session while using any of CSA's videos.
8. If there are topics not represented in our library which you would find useful, please let us know.

Ordering Videos

1) Orders for videos may be placed by calling CSA at 303-373-1937 or via e-mail to .  When e-mailing please include the following:

• Catalog number and name of video(s)
• Your company name
• Your name
• Your phone and e-mail address
• The physical address where video is to be shipped (no PO Boxes)
• Date video is needed

2) When you e-mail a video order, you should expect a reply within two business days.  For example, orders e-mailed on Friday may not be acknowledged until Tuesday. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within three business days, we may not have received your request.

3) Videos are normally shipped on the first business day following the receipt of your order.

4) Due to the popularity of our video library, your first choice in your video selection may not be available. We suggest you have a few alternatives selected.
