Hazardous Material Transportation HM-126 How to Develop or Improve Your Safety Program

HAZWOPER 8-Hour Refresher

This course reviews all compliance requirements and practices for hazardous waste site operations as described in OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120. Detailed reviews of the respective requirements of RCRA, CERCLA and SARA Title III form the bases of corrective, removal or remedial actions. Written emergency response plan development, implementation and training requirements for the incident command system (ICS) are addressed. Pre-requisite: Participants must have received 40-, 24-, or prior 8-hour certification within the last 12 months.
