When people think of fleet safety, they think of commercial vehicles and driver training. But what about all of the other aspects of managing fleets, both large and small? This class will present best practices for managing fleet risk, including driver training, technology, management practices, and fleet maintenance.  When it comes to driver management, employers need to understand the importance of having a written policy that is consistently documented and enforced. Attendees will learn how to develop good policies and will hear from an industry expert on the role substance abuse awareness plays in driver management practices.
