Do you, your supervisors or your employees have the skills to identify drug impaired behavior?  Would you prevent a workplace accident if you could?  Do you want the productivity of your employees to increase while your medical bills decrease?

Impairment in the work place costs businesses billions of dollars according to the Department of Labor.  Employees who abuse different chemicals use approximately 3 additional sick days a month when compared to other employees.  Understanding Impairment will protect you and your company.

This training will:

  • Empower your workforce to learn about the signs and symptoms of drug use
  • Learn about the chemicals, how they are used and what the dynamics of abuse entail
  • Understand the Marijuana laws and how they affect employers
  • Properly train your supervisors to intercede in situations before it becomes an accident

This certificate level course will provide you with the information needed to satisfy the DOT requirements for Supervisory Training.

CSA has teamed up with Mark Ashby of LEAD Impairment Training to offer this session.  LEAD has been training Colorado Law Enforcement for over 15 years on the dangers of Impaired Driving, Chemical Abuse and Symptomology.  Now take these skills into your workplace to safeguard your greatest asset- The Employee.
